 Fuming sulfuric acidremoval system  When fuming sulfuric acid is transferred to tank from the ship, a great amount of smoke is generated by mixing with air. In some cases, surrounding facilities are decayed and the smoke makes the working environment worse. Our sulfuric acid removal system is to mix vent gas with air, react with fuming sulfuric acid and atmospheric moisture, lead SO3 gas to sulfuric acid mist (≧0.1μm), and to remove its mist. Therefore, unlike caustic soda neutralization method, only a little waste water and neutralization liquid is required. Also, as concentrated sulfuric acid absorption method, pump circulation line is not required, and the system is very simple. Our sulfuric acid removal system now operates perfectly to remove the smoke. |
