Horizontal Multi-Stage Scrubber |
Features
High Efficiency |
|
The filler used in Horizontal Multi-Stage Scrubber is very light, and comprised of three-dimensional monofilaments. This three-dimensional structure enables to accomplish collection efficiency over 99%, by utilizing its excellent function of Agglomeration and Coalescing. |

Solution for Plugging |
|
The most serious problem for Vertical Scrubber is plugging caused by the
precipitate salts on the filler. Therefore, costly, time-consuming maintenance
is required to remove the salts; namely ejecting the filler, cleaning,
and re-packing. However, the horizontal multi-stage scrubber solves this
problem.
If scaling is expected, fillers are set into cassette in order to remove
easily from the equipment and to clean with pressurized water. As defluorination
scrubber, over 30 case histories gains high reputation from phosphoric
plant, phosphoric fertilizer plant, and superphosphoric lime plant. |

Solution for Flooding |
|
There is not so much need to consider flooding as vertical scrubber. Horizontal Scrubber is comprised of several stages. As each stage is sprayed, it is easy to control large amount of absorption liquid. Furthermore, absorption liquid can be set for each stage. (Ex. NaOH and water) |
